  • A great team worker who thrives on that feeling of getting in sync with your colleagues to make a busy hospitality day flow the right way

For our shift supervisor role you’ll also

  • Able to assist with some day to day office admin tasks including replying to online queries and emails about online, wholesale and stock orders

We really value our great team and have a host of staff benefits from 6 weeks holiday, proper sick pay and maternity, paternity and bereavement leave way beyond the statutory, a bike to work scheme and more. • What does a stressful day look like? A comment from a customer that sends you home in a grump? That recipe that just doesn’t seem to work for you? That pile of washing up that won’t go down? How do you deal with that?

Aspiring Shift Supervisors should also answer-

  • What’s your experience of supporting a team to manage a busy shift? That bar on match day? A backlog of orders and a cafe full of customers to serve? What did you do to get on track and get everyone working together?
