Welcome to Pink Lane Bakery, your local artisan bakers. We're really busy with festive preparations right now, and we've put together a Christmas shop where you can pre-order a load of our beautiful seasonal products to be sure you have them for the holiday, as many of them will sell out in advance. Pre-orders will close on 13th December, but these are time-consuming, handmade products which we can only make in limited numbers- some are likely to sell out before pre-orders close, so make sure you get yours in time. Christmas products aren't ready to pick up quite yet, so order now and choose a collection date from 1st December up until Christmas Eve!

We will be open at our Gosforth site only on Christmas Eve, from 8am to 2pm.

We have our classic Christmas Cakes available in family and individual sizes (great for workplace gifts)- packed full of dried fruits, fed with brandy and really beautifully topped with marzipan and our own crystallised fruits. Our Sourdough Stollen and Sourdough Panettone sold out so quickly last year, so we've stepped up production of both of those (we've also put our heads together and come up with some tweaks to make them even better!). Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without mince pies, and our version with orange zest all- butter pastry and ginger-apple mincemeat are back again, along with gingerbreads, florentines, vegan speculaas, and our very decadent Christmas tiffin. Not forgetting seasonal versions of our classic savouries- sausage rolls and vegan nut roast rolls. You'll find some great gifts in our Christmas shop this year as well- Opinel knives, cheese and chutney selections, Ouseburn coffee, and our own gift vouchers. At our Gosforth, city centre and new Jesmond shop, our highly-skilled team create some of the best baked goods in the city. The finest sourdough bread, beautiful pastries and cakes, and our renowned sausage rolls, pies, pasties, and sandwiches are always on the menu. Order personalised birthday cakes and celebration cakes online or get in touch to talk about your wedding cake needs. Since 2012 we've built a reputation for the quality and creativity of our baking.
